We provide in-person and virtual career coaching services for individuals 18 years of age and older in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Virtual coaching is conducted through a secure platform, safeguarding the confidentiality and privacy of your personal information.

What are the self-pay rates for career coaching?

Pay-As-You-Go Career Coaching: $125.00 for (1) 60-minute coaching session. 

• This service would be ideal for an experienced professional seeking single-session guidance, a Q&A on their resume or interview strategies, or those who prefer to pay for ongoing sessions one at a time.

• Includes a complimentary resume review with actionable feedback.

​​

The Motivator Career Coaching Package: $345.00 for (3) 60-minute coaching sessions.

• Saves you $30.00, which breaks down to $115.00 per session.

​

• This package would be ideal for someone with a general idea of what they need career-related assistance with and who would like additional time to create an action plan or check in with a career coach.

• Includes a complimentary resume review with actionable feedback.

The Game Changer Career Coaching Package: $550.00 for (5) 60-minute coaching sessions.

• Saves you $75.00, which breaks down to $110.00 per session.

​

• This package would be ideal for someone feeling stuck professionally or making a career change and requiring sufficient time with a career coach to develop a career management plan or career change strategy.

• Includes a complimentary resume review with actionable feedback.

Note: Sessions are typically scheduled once per week at a mutually agreed-upon time, though the frequency may vary.

What is the process for requesting career coaching?​

​

1. Submit your interest through the contact options below. Someone from our office will reach out to you within two business days to gather more information and, if requested, provide a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your goals.
 
2. If career coaching services are available and fit your needs, we will discuss pay-as-you-go and package options.

​

3. Once your service option is confirmed, we will send you a service agreement and intake form to your email on file to read, sign, and complete through an electronic system. Additionally, you will receive an invoice, which can be paid through a secure and encrypted online payment platform. All of these steps are required before receiving services. Your intake session will also be scheduled, during which you will receive an overview of confidentiality and the coaching process, explore your goals, and begin to discuss an action plan. Following this, a session cadence will be scheduled as appropriate, aligned with your service option.
