Christopher M. Scarduzio owns Work and Life Solutions LLC. He is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 12 years of experience. He holds master’s degrees in leadership and social work. He is also a board-certified coach and certified employee assistance professional. He provides career coaching and mental health counseling for individuals 18 and older in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Christopher’s path to becoming a career coach and mental health counselor began with a deep interest in psychology and sociology, which led him to pursue a bachelor's degree in social work. After graduation, he worked in human resources, guiding individuals professionally. This experience inspired him to earn a master's degree in leadership. Observing the diverse impact that occupations can have on mental health, he went on to earn a second master's degree in social work, which ultimately led to licensure. Today, in private practice, he supports individuals on a personal level, helping them navigate a wide range of work-life concerns.
