We do not collect your debit card, credit card, or ACH information for the payment purposes of career coaching and workplace training services.

A HIPAA-compliant electronic health records system is used to bill mental health counseling services. To bill for the services you receive, we may need to disclose your medical information to third parties. For instance, your health plan may require details about the treatment provided to facilitate payment. Additionally, we may share your medical insurance information to obtain prior approval from your health plan if necessary. We may also collect data necessary to process a payment, such as your debit or credit card. However, all payment data is stored by CardPointe, an encrypted online payment platform integrated into the electronic health records system. Their Privacy Policy can be found here.

The Provider strictly protects the security of your personal information. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
